Video: Freya Olafson I Audio: LE1F I 3'20

Core to distal connectivity is an essential focus in Barteneiff Fundamentals (a movement technique that focuses upon achieving improved coordination) wherein the whole body is organized by a pattern of connectivity that begins in the center core of the body and radiates out through the torso to the proximal joints, the mid-limbs - all the way to the distal ends of the extremities. All movement radiates from the navel.
