Benni Hemm Hemm premier new music video - 25 March, 13.00-17.00
Flying messiaen and foxy cha cha by Benni Hemm Hemm and the melting diamond band.
Director Helgi Örn Pétursson
Upplýsingar um verkið:
Flying Messiaen / Foxy Cha Cha er myndband sem Benedikt H. Hermannsson óskaði eftir frá Helga Erni Péturssyni fyrir tvö verk af annarri plötunni í útgáfuseríu Mengis og Benna Hemm Hemm & the Melting Diamond Band. Benedikt óskaði eftir dansmyndbandi og Helgi Örn fór út í skóg í Danmörku til að taka upp. Upptökurnar voru þó ekki af dansi heldur trjám, endalaus tré sem halda athyglinni á dularfullan hátt, þangað til áhorfandinn áttar sig á að þetta er í raun dansmyndband þar sem áhorfandinn er sá sem dansar.

What's a better place to celebrate a Piano Day than a mystical and mesmerizing Iceland? The founder of this sophisticated day - Nils Frahm says it all:
“Why does the world need a Piano Day? For many reasons. But mostly, because it doesn’t hurt to celebrate the piano and everything around it: performers, composers, piano builders, tuners, movers and most important, the listener.”
– Nils Frahm
“Piano Day, an annual worldwide event founded by a group of like-minded
people, takes place on the 88th day of the year – because of the number of keys on the piano.
In 2023, it’s the 29th of March.
